The thesis discusses the recruitment process, recruitment communication, and employer image of the government agency that acted as the client. It provides a detailed analysis of various aspects of the recruitment process, such as public search, suitability assessment, decision-making, and concluding the recruitment, as well as recruitment communication and the formation of the employer's image. The aim of examining these stages is to understand how the recruitment process generally operates in government organizations and how it impacts both the organization and the applicants. Although the state's recruitment process is regulated, agencies may have different operating methods. The purpose of the thesis is to identify areas needing development in the recruitment process and to find out what applicants think about the agency's recruitment process. The research was conducted through a survey, with 18 job seekers from three different applications responding. The survey used a five-point Likert scale, open-ended questions, and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to gauge satisfaction. Open-ended responses were used to gain a deeper understanding of the applicants' experiences. The study collected information on the application notice, interview phase, recruitment communication, and employer image. The research results showed the greatest dissatisfaction with the communication aspect of the recruitment process. Survey respondents wanted more information about the progress of the recruitment and its conclusion. In the development proposals provided to the client, communication played a significant role, particularly in terms of organizing guidance for the supervisors responsible for recruitment and clarifying the processes. Based on the results, considering applicants more frequently throughout the process would positively affect the employer's image....
